Involvement from pre-planning stage, dealing with any required rights of way, easements, negotiations with third parties and adjoining owners.  Establishing a sales structure to ensure effective development disposal by way of sale or lease.

Landlord and Tenant:
Specialised expertise enables us to stay ahead of market trends while being acutely aware of clients’ requirements to ensure security of tenure and protection of investment assets.

Specialised licensing advises are required for hotels, pubs, restaurants and entertainment venues. Having being involved in some of the largest leisure transactions in the state in recent years means our combined team experience allows us to advise all clients of the nuances of the licensing and what is required to trade successfully.

Real Estate Finance:
Good and marketable title will determine the ability to secure finance on a property asset. Our role is to ensure that all assets acquired by our clients are bankable if and when finance is required.

Working closely with our corporate and family based SME clients to effect transfers of property assets, utilising Section 79 and Section 80 of the Stamp Duty Consolidation Act 1999 and hand in hand with our clients’ tax advisors.
