Susan Fenton

Susan joined Gartlan Furey LLP as a Consultant in December 2015 having operated as a sole practitioner for almost fourteen years.

Susan has extensive experience in property matters – she has acted for a number of developers of both residential and commercial developments and deals with all aspects of property law focussing primarily on commercial conveyancing and commercial leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants. Susan has significant experience in residential conveyancing and also handles some private client work including will drafting and probate.
