Our Lending team provides advice to many of the leading Irish and International Banks and Financial Institutions, Alternative Lenders and Borrowers in relation to the following:

Property Lending:
Advising lenders and commercial property investors in relation to property acquisitions, construction and real estate finance requirements including investment and development finance.

Corporate Lending:
Advising financial institutions and alternative lenders on all forms of corporate finance facilities and including company law compliance issues relating to corporate borrowing to include Section 82 and 239 Summary Approval Procedures.

Asset Finance:
Acting for financial institutions in respect of leasing facilities, hire-purchase facilities, unit stocking facilities, chattel mortgages and all other forms of asset finance.

Advice to Borrowers:
Advising borrowers in connection with the financing of the acquisition of commercial real estate property through various structures including SPV, QIAIF, ICAV, Trust and Limited Partnership structures.

Insolvency & Enforcement:
Advising financial institutions, non-bank lenders and borrowers on debt restructuring and related workout arrangements, enforcement of security, insolvency procedures including examinerships, receiverships, liquidations and bankruptcy, and loan sales and purchases.
