Sinead Sheerin

Sinead is a senior associate in the firm’s Commercial Property Department with extensive experience in the acquisition, disposal and financing of a variety of assets including mixed-use developments, PRS and BTR schemes, retail parks, shopping centres, hotels, licenced premises, development land and industrial units. She also advises landlords and tenants in respect of the leasing of retail and office premises and the ongoing management of their portfolios, in addition  to having experience in carrying our real estate due diligence on M&A transactions.
