About Sarah
Sarah joined Gartlan Furey LLP as a trainee solicitor in 2022 and qualified as a solicitor in 2025.
She works in both the Commercial Property and Residential Property Teams, where she advises private and corporate clients on all aspects of buying, selling or leasing residential and commercial property. Working across both departments, Sarah acts for a broad range of clients including first time buyers, landlords and business owners. Additionally, Sarah also provides guidance on licensing matters such as annual licensing applications and confirmation applications.
