Niamh acts for Irish and international clients in relation to the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties. She also advises both institutional landlord and tenant clients in negotiating lease documents for retail, office and industrial premises and generally in relation to all aspects of landlord and tenant law. She works with the firm’s Finance teams advising on property aspects of corporate transactions and property secured lending and provides solution-focused property advice to the firm’s litigation team in the context of landlord and tenant disputes.
Prior to joining Gartlan Furey LLP in 2019, Niamh worked for a number of years with one of Ireland’s leading law firms.
