Eoin Traynor

Eoin joined Gartlan Furey LLP as a trainee solicitor in 2021 and qualified in 2026.

Eoin works with David Sheehan on the Lending and Corporate Teams.

On Lending, Eoin acts for an array of clients including pillar banks, alternative lenders, corporate borrowers and individuals, advising on a range of matters including: –

• Facility/Loan Agreements;
• Amended & Restated Finance;
• Security Documentation, together with any necessary statutory/regulatory compliance required therein; and
• Redemption of Facilities and Release of Security.

On Corporate Transactions Eoin advises clients on matters such as: –

• Share Purchase and Sale Agreements;
• Asset/Business Purchase and Sale Agreements;
• Shareholder Agreements;Share Redemption and Buyback Agreements;
• Corporate Restructuring; and
• Establishment of General Partnerships (including Family Partnerships).
