Daniel recently joined Gartlan Furey LLP and qualified in 2025.

Daniel works with David Sheehan on the Lending and Corporate Teams.

Prior to joining our firm, Daniel worked in another Dublin City Law Firm with experience working in its property and banking department.

On Lending, Daniel acts for an array of clients including pillar banks, alternative lenders, corporate borrowers and individuals, advising on a range of matters including: –

  • Facility/Loan Agreements;
  • Amended & Restated Finance;
  • Security Documentation, together with any necessary statutory/regulatory compliance required therein;
  • Investigation of titles on residential and commercial properties; and
  • Redemption of Facilities and Release of Security.

On Corporate Transactions Daniel advises clients on matters such as: –

  • Share Purchase and Sale Agreements;
  • Asset/Business Purchase and Sale Agreements;
  • Shareholder Agreements; Share Redemption and Buyback Agreements;
  • Corporate Restructuring; and
  • Establishment of General Partnerships (including Family Partnerships).
