Our Residential Property Team has been at the core of our practice since the establishment of the firm. The team advises buyers, sellers, developers and management companies of residential property in relation to all aspects of residential property including the following:

Buying and Selling and Letting of new and second-hand homes:
Advising sellers and buyers of new and second-hand homes in relation to all aspects of the sale and purchase and letting of their properties from the date the sale is agreed until completion and looking after stamping and registration of their title.

Structure and Sale of Mixed Use and Multi-Unit Developments:
Advising developers and management companies in relation to the set up of a new development including compliance with the Multi-Unit Development Act 2011 and advising on the sale of the units within the development to individual purchasers.

Land Sales and Purchases:
Advising sellers and buyers of land in relation to all aspects of the sale and purchase including advice on wayleaves and easements.

Planning Law:
Advising owners of residential property and land on all aspects of compliance with the planning legislation and building regulations.

Family Arrangements and Tax Planning:
Advising families on the restructuring of residential property for the purposes of tax planning.

Refinancing:
Advising owners of residential property in relation to the refinancing of their properties, liaising with the financial institutions and the drawdown of loans.
